Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Removes All Mentions of Grand Prix Map
The Call of Duty social media pages have taken out all mentions of the Grand Prix map that was announced for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. The Call of Duty is prestigious for its incredibly iconic maps, particularly in the Modern Warfare series. Although some of the more late entries in the Call of Duty series have less memorable maps than in the past, there have been some standouts, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare featured Shoothouse, which was so adored that it eventually had its own dedicated 24/7 playlist that was constantly populated. Call of Duty maps are essentially the foundation of the multiplayer, in the event that you don’t have great places to play, it kills a ton of force.
One of the first maps announced for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Grand Prix, had a many individuals very energized, however it’s presently unclear on the off chance that it will try and be in the game at all. The map is set around a F1 track in Marina Port, Singapore and has cars driving around while players battle it out. By the sounds of it, it was one of the coolest maps for both the upcoming title and maybe the whole series. It’s not clear what’s happened, but Activision has deleted all mentions of the ‘Grand Prix’ map for #MWII. The overview video and more have been removed from all social media. The map was originally announced to be in the beta.
It’s also important the map was normal to be in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II beta, however has yet to be carried out. The beta is as of now only running on PlayStation at the present time, however will have a second end of the week on all platforms. Perhaps this is all one major blunder and the map will be in the rotation for the second beta end of the week.
