Daredevil Star Charlie Cox Confirms Born Again is a Reboot
The following time Marvel fans get a Daredevil series, it seems as though it will be a finished reboot. While some actually held out trust the series will be a continuation of the Netflix series, Daredevil star Charlie Cox said Saturday the creatives behind the show are viewing at it as the start of something completely new compared to a fourth season.
“It is a Season 1, it is not Season 4, so it is an entirely different thing,” Cox told extraTV at D23 Exhibition. “Which I believe is the way to go. Assuming you will rehash it, do it another way.”
At the point when we talked with Cox earlier this year, the Marvel favorite admitted he didn’t know what bearing that series would wind up heading.
“I love it. I’ve cherished each moment of it,” Cox told englishdigitalmedia.com earlier this year. “And the present moment I’m simply humming that it’s sort of happening again, it’s starting up again. And I don’t have any idea where it’s going, I don’t have any idea how much association I will have, I don’t have any idea what it’s leading to, yet it seems like we’re born again. And so I feel like I’m getting another opportunity at the dream work that has… I allude to it as, ‘There’s the gift that continues to give.'”
He proceeded to add that he’s started re-reading the whole Daredevil catalog all along.
“It’s been so great to me, I’ve had such a great time getting it done, I love playing the character, I love the tales,” he proceeded. “I’ve been doing other stuff, I’ve been dealing with my children, yet about a month ago, I re-increased my Marvel Limitless account. And I started reading the comics from the very outset again, which I haven’t done since we started the show all those years ago.”
Daredevil: Born Again is supposed to drop Spring 2024. The initial three seasons of Daredevil and The Protectors restricted series can now be seen on Disney+.
