Werewolf by Night Trailer Might Have Sneaked in Surprise Marvel Horror Character

The Werewolf by Night trailer has shown up right on schedule for spooky season, giving fans their first glance at Gael Garcia Bernal’s eponymous monster, Man-Thing, and Lara Donnelly’s tracker, presumably one, as a matter of fact, Elsa Bloodstone. On the off chance that you return and watch the trailer through another time, you might see a recognizable face.
At the gathering of hunters, drove by Harriet Sansom Harris’ Verusa, a puppet — displayed after those old festival psychics, nonetheless — talks to the group. “Best of luck. I’ll decay for you,” the teller says. For reasons unknown, the closed captioning identifies him as Ulysses, meaning it’s probable the character is, as a matter of fact, Ulysses Bloodsotne, the father of Elsa and a fan-most loved Marvel Horror character in his own right.
As well as sporting the same look as the character with long hair and a facial hair growth, an official synopsis released in support of the show confirms the patriarch behind the Bloodstone Sanctuary has kicked the bucket, and that is the reason the hunters have shown up at the house.
“On a dim and somber night, a secret secrecy of monster hunters rise up out of the shadows and gather at the foreboding Bloodstone Sanctuary following the passing of their chief,” the synopsis reads. “In a strange and shocking dedication to the pioneer’s life, the attendees are thrust into a mysterious and destructive rivalry for a strong artifact — a chase that will eventually bring them up close and personal with a dangerous monster.”
The “Marvel Studios Special Presentation,” as it’s being called, will check Michael Giacchino’s Marvel filmmaking debut.
“I’ve been having a blast. It’s an incredibly challenging process. I love it,” Giacchino previously told ComicBook.com in an exclusive interview. “Ordinary, I’ve been having fun working on it and we’re int he center of it. Ideally, very soon we’ll share much more about it. Definitely. There’s very little I can’t say other than I’m having a great time and I’m working on something that I love. So, that is a win not too far off.”
Werewolf by Night hits Disney+ on October seventh.
